We started out 2023 with a return to our regular San Francisco travel. We were both able to check out the new Hyatt Regency Downtown and to connect with our friends Robert and Yuka.

Jan 28

From our airport hotel, we started the day in San Francisco Bay Park hoping to get a view of the landing planes, but instead we observed mostly the quintessential San Francisco fog. Thankfully after we headed into town, the skies cleared up.

After a nice visit, we took the BART back to San Francisco and back to our hotel for the evening.

Jan 29-30

We hung around San Francisco for the day and slowly made our way back to Toronto with a connection in Edmonton.
