As we already had tickets to Cirque du Soleil’s new show, I went right onto Montreal from Budapest and saved the company a few dollars.  Thanks to a crazy $19 seat sale, Tom flew out earlier in the day and got to try out Air Canada’s new 777, as they were shaking it out on the Toronto-Montreal Rapidair flights.  As I got in very late on Friday night, we stayed near the airport and headed into the city on Saturday.  We had a great late lunch at Verses Restaurant in Old Montreal and saw Kooza by Cirque du Soleil that afternoon.  This was its first week in performance, and we had great seats in the second row.  The show was amazing, and the level of acrobatics and risk was mind-blowing.  Unlike other shows, there were a number of risky moves without any wires.  Although I was jet-lagged, it was definitely worth the trip.  We headed home early on Sunday morning.
