Spring always arrives early in the West Coast, and although we’ve been spending a lot of time in Washington, it had been a while since we’d made it to Vancouver.  The first night we stayed by the airport and made our way to our favorite hotel on Saturday morning.  As many times as we’ve been in the past, we had yet to make it to Capilano suspension bridge.  Although it is definitely a tourist trap, it actually lives up to the relative hype.

After staying overnight by the airport, we took the Skytrain to our hotel downtown, and then caught the bus to the Capilano suspension bridge.

After a good day of exploring, we settled in for a quiet night at the hotel.

May 1

Before our flights home, we enjoyed a morning walk around the waterfront and then caught the train to the airport.
