Atlanta / Carolinas

Tom was still working his way through the 50 states of the US, and to reach 50 was missing only the Carolinas.  I decided to book a weekend trip to Atlanta and a night in Charlotte.  Although we didn’t do a lot of tourism, the city of Charlotte looked pleasant enough and we enjoyed our stay.

After staying near the airport in Atlanta, we drive through South Carolina to Charlotte, North Carolina.

After checking off the final states on Tom's list of 50, we head back to Atlanta and our flights home.
