As we don’t do Christmas together, we try to gather as a family in the Maritimes. This year we got to visit my sister and her partner in Nova Scotia. As Moncton is on the way from my parents’ place, we flew in and out of Moncton for our long weekend. We had a nice weekend together with family games and a few hikes around the fall colours.

After a nice family weekend, my parents dropped Tom and I at Moncton airport on their way home, and we made our way back to Toronto together and to my flight back to Houston.
