It was a nice later winter day so I managed to get Tom to join me on one of my daily walks in the Toronto trail system. Somehow, neither of us had been there before, but I found Cedarvale Park on a map and we started at the top of the valley and did a nice 5km walk.

The path into the valley was quite slippery with ice-packed snow

Not a lot of hikers made the slippery path into the valley

Out of the depths of the shaded valley, the path is clear of snow

Having enjoyed the walk, we headed back home, knowing I’d add it my walk options a little further afield from home.
